Aluminum parts: Pickling - Chromatising - Passivating

Parts made from aluminum can be pickled or additionally transparent or yellow chromatised, or passivated chrome VI free.  Chromatisation and free off Chrome VI Passivation provide separate oxidation protection for the aluminum surface.

Various wash- and pickling processes on the one hand ensure a visually appealing surface texture as well as  good bonding for later bonding,vulcanizing, painting and coating processes.

Aluminum parts: Electroplating

Using suitable pre-treatment processes we are also able to electroplate parts of aluminum as  rack goods with the following surfaces:

  • Copper - plating
  • Nickel - plating
  • Tin - plating
  • Silver - plating
